Hydraulic Rebuilding -Our Most Renowned Service

When you choose a full service hydraulic cylinder rebuild, our goal is that your finished product will function like new. And, since we do all of the work to your cylinder in house and have a large stock of seals and rings, we have a quick turn around time. Which means you will have less down time. Our Processes Every cylinder is analyzed to determine the cause of failure. All clearance dimensions are checked and sub-components are modified to bring them to high standards. We start by disassembling the cylinder. Then we clean everything thoroughly and replace all the seals. Polishing or making a new rod is the next step. Depending on the look of the gland and piston, we may rework it or make a new gland and piston. We then hone the barrel to fit the new specs. We also check to see if any welding of the ports or barrel is needed. Finally, we reassemble the cylinder and test it. We don't stop until the job is done.
